I bought mine in August 17' because I wanted something more sports-related. First off, I bought this product because the ad says "sweat resistant; appropriate for sports". As it turns out, I'm assuming it's not really sweat resistant. I'm a half-marathon runner, so I need the JBL working for at least two hours while I'm exercising, hence sweating. I give it full charge and after 40min it just stops working. The blue light still on, but it just doesn't reconnect to my phone for a reasonable amount of time - today it took over 30min, so I had to finish my training without any music.
I was reticent to buy headphones of this style, why I do not remember now. I love the light weight of these earbuds. Great sound, easy to use controls, stay put while running, walking or hiking. I almost forget they are there.
Sound is very thin. I mainly listen to books and podcasts where sound is just OK. Music sounds terrible. Fit is not great compared to other sets I've used. Ergonomics are bad. All the control buttons are on the left side and are flat buttons not much separated so you can never really be sure which one you're pushing. They should put some raised bumps or something here to give a tactile reference. Easy pairing with my iPhone, but that's not hard to find now. Not a good value for the price.
I have been using these headphones for a little over a year with no issue. Today, I went to turn them on, nothing. Plugged them in to charge, nothing. No lights, no sounds, nothing. Highly disappointed.
Really like these headphones. The sound quality is great, I use them for exercise and phone calls. True, the bass isn’t overpowering but the sound is very balanced.
Great sound when both ears worked, but with only one ear working it changes quality obviously. For the price I expected them to last longer (bought 6 months ago).
I bought these headsets today. There is a buzzing in the right ear when music is playing. Love the sound, HATE the buzzing!!!!
Had to return these tinny earbuds from JBL. Thankfully REI has a great return policy, but definitely not worth $99.

What is the reccomended charging source?
The REFLECT MINI BT can be charged using a PC or laptop’s USB adapter or using a wall adapter that usually comes with your smart devices. It is safe to charge the unit with an adapter rated up to 5V 2.3A. Difference would be that the higher the amperage is, the faster your unit will charge.
