There is a bug that only displays north as up on maps. We’ve downloaded the latest version and Garmin knows about the bug. I bought this computer for my partner on our 3 week cycle tour. It’s hard to do the mental corrections in strange cities while trying to manage road traffic. We will be exchanging it for another model as soon as we ride past an REI. Still love REI, but Garmin shouldn’t have released a computer without fixing all the bugs.
Fantastic! Gives me all the info I need for my Catrike Trail workouts. Very easy to program and use!
I've had this computer for almost two years now, so I think I've had enough experience with it to give it a decent review. Long story short: it doesn't perform as expected.
The unit works really well. I use the Garmin Speed and Cadence Sensor and heart rate strap. Everything seems to be accurate with what Strava says afterwards.
I bought this unit as an upgrade for my old edge 200, hoping, and expecting, that it would allow me to finally get away from having to drain my phone's battery by logging my rides with the Strava app on my phone in order to get an accurate GPS track while mountain biking, which the edge 200 could not provide.
It has everything I need for Mountain Biking in a tiny box... Courses turn by turn, speed, distance, weather, alerts and monitors. Pairs with my phone via Bluetooth (Strava, Garmin Connect and Komoot). No touch screen which is perfect with gloves or sweaty hands. Crisp screen even under the sun. My Trial bike doesn't look like a XC thanks to it's tiny size. It camouflages over my stem. All basics covered. Love it.
After 4 months this thing has become a headache. Ride data no longer uploads. Tried many different solutions with no luck. No thanks and to the trash can you go!
Small and mighty! Everything you need in a bike computer without any frills. The display is great and while I was a little nervous at how small it was at first, you can clearly see all data you need when biking. The buttons are a little hard to actually push to scroll through the menu while riding, but that would be the only minor negative of this product.
Works fantastic. Great features and easy to start by syncing with the app, it also activates live beacon tracking so your emergency contacts can follow, you cam them turn the app off saving battery life. When done open app, the 130 downloads to the app plus I have Strava linked so it uploads to both. So you use it and leave your phone off.
fails to hold charge after 3m, have to return / replace

How can I find out if the Garmin Edge 130 is in stock at the SoHo store, as of this writing (3/24/2019). Thanks.
You can use the pick up in store button near the add to cart button to check store availability.
