First and most important, the hammock in the image IS NOT the hammock you get when you order this product. I just received mine and the color scheme is completely reversed, the main body is an olive green with grey trim. This particular hammock is a gift for someone who loves green, so it works out, but I was very surprised.
Absolutely LOVE this hammock. It's easy to use, easy to pack, fun colors andddddd it's totally rad they support Leave No Trace and do their part in keeping the outdoors healthy for years to come. ENO RULES!
This is a really great hammock, but beware- the newer stock has the colors switched. The hammock shown has a charcoal base with lime lining, but the hammock I received has a lime base with charcoal lining. It still looks nice, and I kept the hammock, but it would have been nice to know the correct color combination before purchasing the hammock.
Hammock ripped at 5am in the morning on my second night using it. Good point, everyone was asleep still so no one could laugh at me. Bad side I still had one more night left of the trip.
Bought this so my wife and i can lay in it. We are not big people either, but it seems to get really tight when we're both in it. And honestly when it's just me using it, i don't think it's as comfortable as the smaller version. sitting in it cross ways feels more comfy to me rather than long ways.It does the trick, and is durable. I think it might be more of a personal preference on whether you like the double or single nest more.
Purchased and used for home lounging with the Solopod stand. Easy set up took no more than 30 seconds to unfold and hook. The stand came with steel caribeners to switch with the aluminum that came with the hammock. I can't speak for the use of straps on trees at this time. Material is lightweight and breathable. Even on a hot summer day I can feel the cool breeze on my back through the material. With a sports-injured back, I so far have zero issues with the comfort or support laying or sitting in this. The doublenest is plenty big for both my wife and I to sit or lay together both parallel and perpendicular to the hammock. Our 9-month old even joins us. We've had it for just a few weeks but so far have not found or had any issues with it.
“How’s it hangin’?” you ask.
“Very comfortably” I reply.
I have had my new doublenest for about a month and I’m totally hooked. Everywhere I go I both the hammock and suspension. Easy to set up and takes up no space and nearly no weight in my pack. Once up it’s extremly comfortable. I have used it with my girlfriend once along side a lake and we can comfortably sit next to each other like a traditional swing. Not sure if we would both sleep in it together. I would be more inclined to pick her up one of her own and get the tandem connection. Missed one star because the the stitching that holds the pocket on ripped the first time I touched it. Fortunatley it’s a quick fix threading the needle and making a better knot on the stitching. I am excited to get the rest of the prices so I can bring it backpacking in replace of a tent. For now it’s a B.A. hangout spot on the trail.
I loooooooove my hammock! No complaints or regrets. :)

One reviewer claims that the Pacific crest is a bit smaller than the regular double size eno. Is that accurate?
Both the Pacific Crest Trail Association DoubleNest Hammock and the regular DoubleNest Hammock measure 112 x 74 inches.
