These were nice shoes except one problem. The tongue was too tight on my foot and caused my feet to fall asleep if I sat down for even a few minutes. Moving around it was fine. Length was right and next size up was just too long and didn't fit well at all. Don't think its a problem with the shoe, just the way my foot is shaped I guess.
I really like Merrell shoes. I have another pair that has a loop attached to the heel of the shoe that makes it easy to put on. This Moab Adventure Mom does not have the loop and the heel tends to fold over. A shoe horn or finger helps guide the foot into the shoe. It is a bit inconvenient (I know, tough life), but once on, it is comfortable. Merrell sizes sometimes vary. I bought the 11.5 size, though other Merrells I have are size 11; the 11.5 in this version fit better.
