GHOST - Square Cross 4.8 Bike - 2018

Category: Bikes

I purchased this bike a few weeks ago to replace a relatively lightly used mountain bike. I have put a few hundred miles on this new bike, and it is the most enjoyable bike I have ever owned. I’m not new to cycling, I currently own five, including a Felt Triathlon bike, but this Ghost is now my “go to” bike.

Nice bike with good components.I live in a motorhome full time and am mainly a road biker when I can find decent road.I bought this bike to increase were I could ride. This has done that in amazingly fashion. It is stable on uneven surfaces and really can fly on hardback. My bike came with 40 mm tires which seems to be almost perfect for my application.Best ride I have had in many years

I'm 6'6" and got the GHOST 4.8 XL which run on the large side. Excellent bike, no issues so far - done about 20 hours so it's due for it's free REI run-in tuning soon.

For my first bike without training wheels I feel like I sure picked a winner. I am very happy with the feel and handling of the bike. I've held off getting my own bike for a very long time because I've always found bikes hurt my back or my rear. This bike is incredibly comfortable; it fits me very well. I have kind of a short torso, so the shorter top tube width is perfect for me.
